Hi. I am writing a law personal statement. I have used the word "THAT" in the following sentences. Please let me know whether this sounds correct? Thanks.
1) "The Trent Indian Student Association involved weekly social gatherings "THAT" developed important friendships from various multicultural groups."
2) "Furthermore, I implemented several business strategies "THAT" improved the success of the motel."
